Interior renovations, professionally managed
Homeowners should not have to coordinate flooring, tile, trim, paint, and cabinetry as separate vendors. For appropriate renovations, Kinsman takes responsibility for the awarded interior scope — including material coordination and trade scheduling — so you have one partner to call.

Do I have to renovate the whole house?
No. Full interior finish renovations are the primary homeowner offering. Profitable single-scope projects such as flooring, tile, trim, or doors are also accepted when they are a fit. This site does not publish a minimum project size.
Will Kinsman manage the subcontractors?
For appropriate homeowner renovations, Kinsman operates as your construction partner: customer relationship, estimating, contract, scope, material coordination, scheduling, documentation, quality control, punch, and closeout. Field work is performed by Kinsman or by vetted trade partners depending on the scope.
I am a remodeler or another GC. Is this my page?
If you already hold the customer relationship and need an interior finish partner, use the Remodelers & General Contractors page at /work-with-us/remodelers. This page is written for homeowners.
